IDES has an exclusive educational and social dance program designed by choreographers and pedagogues Cristina Puchades and Alicia Herrero. Dansa Educocreativa® is committed to interdisciplinary, holistic and rigorous training with a creative, inclusive and intergenerational methodology.
At IDES we coordinate training and research in the field of dance and body expression in collaboration with educational, academic and social institutions.
Educational and social dance training has been present in the music schools of different musical unions in the province of València. Currently, the main headquarters of Estudi Alicia Herrero is in Xàtiva.
Our program has been taught in Kindergarten, Primary, Secondary, High School, Vocational Training and Special Education educational centers.
The training of future teachers is a priority at our Institute. We have provided Dansa Educocreativa® and social training in the field of Higher Artistic Education, at the University and in the Centers for the permanent training of teachers in Infant, Primary, Secondary, Baccalaureate, Vocational Training and for adults.
IDES develops training actions for vulnerable and harmed groups in collaboration with institutions, festivals and specialized centers.
